Wtf does this do

Thinshell is a framework for designing a new kind of organization called a Thin-Shell Company (TSC). The problem it tackles is that traditional companies, DAOs, and other organizational structures were built on the assumption that human execution is the scarce resource. Now that AI agents can run tasks around the clock, those structures don't fit anymore. TSC is a proposed answer to the question: if AI can be a full member of an organization rather than just a tool, how should that organization be designed? The framework works through a layered rulebook called "the Code." It has three layers, a foundation layer that never changes, a constitutional layer that can be amended, and an operational layer where rules can expire automatically. Governance rights are determined by Contribution Tokens (based on what members contribute, not wealth or titles), and TSCs can nest inside each other infinitely. Members can be individuals, teams, other companies, or AI agents. The whole thing starts in a chat interface like a messaging app and runs continuously. You would use this if you're exploring new organizational structures, particularly ones where AI agents are treated as peers rather than tools. The repo provides whitepaper documents, templates for writing a TSC's founding rules, and example agent configurations. It's a conceptual and governance framework, not software in the traditional sense.
