Wtf does this do

This project is a toolkit for Claude Code, an AI coding assistant, built specifically for web and advertising design agencies. It packages up dozens of individual skills, commands, and specialist agents into six separate bundles that together cover an agency's entire process, from the first call with a client all the way through launch and ongoing monthly maintenance. The problem it is trying to solve is that agencies who use Claude Code tend to accumulate lots of overlapping skills over time, for example many different SEO or animation skills, which causes confusion about which one actually runs when someone asks for something like an SEO audit. It also means nothing connects the different stages of a project together. This toolkit fixes both issues by making sure each skill's description clearly states what it covers and what it does not, and by adding a workflow router that walks every client project through seven phases in order: brief, concept, design, build, quality assurance, launch, and maintain. Each phase produces a specific document, such as a client-facing brief, a design folder with reference images, or a launch checklist, and the router will not let a project move to the next phase until that phase's checklist passes. Throughout a project, a status file tracks which phase it is in, what is blocking progress, and who owes what, so the project can survive across different working sessions or be handed off between teammates. To use it, someone installs the plugin marketplace inside Claude Code with a single command, then installs whichever of the six bundles they need, covering things like core workflow, visual design foundations, animation and motion, quality testing, SEO and marketing, or ad creative work. Starting a new project is as simple as typing a command describing the client and letting Claude run the intake interview. No API keys or extra accounts are required, and the project is released under the MIT license.
