RPGraph Studio is a desktop application for interactive AI roleplay that runs entirely on your own computer. Instead of a simple chat window, it gives you a full creative studio with three main parts: a visual workflow where you design how the story is built, a roleplay chat where the results appear, and an in-world phone that characters use to text, post, and interact with apps. Nothing is sent to the cloud and no subscription is required. The app splits each story turn into several focused AI calls rather than sending one large request. Different situations, like normal replies, phone texts, narrator turns, or social posts, each get their own prompt automatically. You can also assign different AI models to different tasks, so a small local model can handle simple jobs while a larger model handles the actual roleplay. It connects to several local AI tools, including LM Studio, Ollama, and llama.cpp, as well as cloud services like OpenRouter and Google Gemini. The character phone is a standout feature. It is a phone-style interface with its own apps: a messenger called WhatsUp, social media platforms called Fotogram and OnlyFriends, a camera and gallery, a banking app with accounts and transfers, and a notes app. Messages from these apps appear inline within the story, so characters can text each other or post on social media and it all becomes part of the narrative. The app also tracks in-world time, highlights spoken dialogue with per-character colors, and can optionally generate voice narration. RPGraph supports storybooks that hold characters, world context, and images, including imports from SillyTavern. An optional ComfyUI connection adds image and voice generation. Everything saves as files on your disk, either as plain JSON or as password-encrypted files. The project is in beta, licensed under AGPL v3.0, and the developer notes that bugs are expected since it is a hobby project built with AI assistance.
