wtf is offer-toolkit-skill?

This is a bundle of three job hunting tools built as agent skills for use with AI assistants like Claude. It covers the whole job search journey: deciding whether a job is worth applying to, building or polishing a resume, and preparing for behavioral interviews. The first tool takes a job description and your resume and produces a report telling you how well you match the role, where your gaps are, what interview questions you might face, whether the pay looks reasonable, and what to do over the next six weeks. The second tool builds or polishes a resume, either from scratch through conversation, from an existing file, or pulled from LinkedIn, and can output the finished result in eleven different print ready templates, each as both a PDF ready file and an editable browser version. The third tool helps you dig up your own real work stories, organizes them using a common storytelling framework, tags them by theme such as taking ownership or handling ambiguity, and saves them in English and Chinese so they can be reused across different interview questions. All three tools follow the same rules: they never invent experience, numbers, or job titles, they ask one question at a time instead of dumping a long form, and they always confirm the structure of your information before generating any final document. To use it, you copy the whole folder into your AI assistant's skills directory, or copy just one sub folder if you only need one of the three tools. A top level router figures out which tool to use based on what you say, such as pasting a job description or asking to prepare for behavioral questions. This is aimed at anyone actively job hunting who wants AI help across the full process, from deciding whether to apply through building application materials to interview prep. It is released under the MIT license.
