This repository is a curated list of Open Source Intelligence, or OSINT, tools and resources focused entirely on Nigeria. OSINT means gathering information from publicly available sources rather than hacking or private data. Instead of covering many countries loosely, this collection only includes Nigerian government portals, business registries, election data, land records, financial regulators, telecom infrastructure, and similar sources, so the information stays specific and useful. It is meant for people who investigate things for a living: OSINT analysts, threat intelligence teams, investigative journalists, fraud investigators, corporate due diligence analysts, and security researchers who need reliable Nigeria-specific sources. The resources are organized into categories such as: - Government and open data - Companies and business intelligence - Elections and politics - Property and land - Financial intelligence - Telecom and internet infrastructure - Cyber threat intelligence - Oil, gas, and energy - Maritime and aviation - Media and the information ecosystem - People and professional intelligence - Geospatial intelligence Each category links out to its own page listing the relevant tools and sources. Beyond the categorized list, the repository also includes investigation playbooks, which are step by step guides for common research tasks such as investigating a Nigerian company, researching a government contractor, checking out a political candidate, finding out who owns a domain, tracing phishing infrastructure, doing due diligence on a vendor, tracking oil and energy companies, or investigating an NGO. There is also a page of Nigeria-specific Google search dorks, which are advanced search queries that help surface hard to find public information. The project accepts community contributions through a contributing guide. It does not include any code to run, since it is purely a reference list of links, categories, and guides.
